    • Student Absence: it is their responsibility to complete work and hand in
    • Homework Folder and Homework Notebook must be in school every day
    1. Decodable Books
    • Decodable book given for Homework
    • Read and discussed in class
    • Related to the sound we are learning that week
    • Student reads to an adult at home as part of Homework
    • Keep books at home and review on the weekend
    1. Spelling Words
    • New words each week - Listed on Homework Sheet
    • Write on index cards on Monday and study every day
    • Words are related to ELA lesson for the week
    • Spelling Test on Friday
    1. Tests
    • Tests are given for Spelling, Math, and Reading
    • Tests will be sent home after they are graded
    • Grades reflected on Report Card
