My name is Mrs. DeJesus- Corporan I would like to introduce myself as your 9th grade school counselor. My primary responsibility is to promote the academic, college & career, and social/emotional development of all students.  

A little about me, previously I worked as college advisor and guidance counselor in New York City. I love working with students and families and supporting them in any possible way. As this is one of the most important years of your child, I look forward to working together as a team to make sure they reach their highest potential and that they have the best post-secondary plan available to them. I know that as a team we can accomplish anything that comes our way! 

I will be meeting with students individually and in small groups, meeting with parents and guardians, collaborating with teachers and staff, and consulting with community organizations to best meet the needs of all Roosevelt High School students.
